In September 2026, Michelle joined the Hope Ignites Colorado Team as our Post-Secondary Program Manager!
What did you do prior to joining Hope Ignites Colorado?
Most recently I worked as a Project Manager for Michels Power, an electrical distribution construction company. Prior to that I worked at Regis Jesuit High School in Admissions as the Assistant Director for Financial Aid.
What is a fun fact you can share about yourself?
My birthday is February 29, so I only have a birthday every 4 years!
If you could share one piece of advice with scholars, what would it be?
You can do anything! Never limit your hopes and dreams.
Why did you become involved with Hope Ignites Colorado?
I first learned about Hope Ignites 12 years ago and have been tangentially involved as a volunteer, donor, and advocate for years. I am delighted to be a team member now. I am drawn to the mission and I believe wholeheartedly that education can change lives and trajectories.
